Employee Badge Information

General Information

  • Issued to new employees at New Hire Orientation in HR

  • If you did not send a picture before your New Hire Orientation, we will send your badge to your campus 

  • Must be worn at all times on district property 

  • Employees with name, position, or campus/department changes will be issued a replacement badge

  • Contact HR for more information

Replacement Badges

  • Replacement badges are created twice a week and sent to the campus principal or department supervisor through interoffice mail

  • Please complete the Badge Replacement Request form

  • Return your old or damaged badge to your principal or department 

  • For any questions or concerns, please contact the HR department.
