Senior Blake Cheng (center) has been named a National Merit Semi-Finalist. A National Merit Semifinalist is a high-achieving high school senior who scored among the Top 1% of test takers on the PSAT/NMSQT test their junior year.

The Manvel High School Future Teachers started their internships this week! The students teach 3 days per week at Don Jeter, Savannah Lakes and EC MASON Elementaries and Manvel Junior High under the leadership of amazing mentors! Have a great year, Future Teachers!

Congratulations Cross Country
On Friday, August 29th, The Girls Cross Country Team placed 1st place at the Clear Springs Charger Classic.Jannie Cardenas got 1st overall and Jessica Cardenas got 2nd overall. This is the 2nd week in a row they have gotten 1st and 2nd.
Congratulations to the Manvel Theatre Company on a fantastic achievement! They received the Gold Honor Troupe Award this past weekend at the Texas Thespian Troupe Day event. The Manvel Theatre Company earned this prestigious award for their hard work last school year, which included successful productions, service projects, and extensive community engagement.
At the event, students also participated in a variety of workshops and prepared for future competitions.
