A game changer makes key plays to help teams succeed. Tia has such great flexibility and teamwork. She is very eager and willing to learn plans and procedures for our students' best interests and comes in everyday with a smile on her face and great attitude.

October is National Principal's Month and we are lucky to have the best of the best. We love you Principal Stenger!

We can't wait to see you next week!

Thank you to our amazing custodial staff for working so hard to keep our building so beautiful. We appreciate your hard work and smiling faces!

Last week was great! Thank you to our counselor, Ms. Dominique, and behavior specialist, Ms. Wyatt, for the great tips to use at home for finding our calm and making schedules! Thank you the teachers and families for such a wonderful open house and book fair kick off!

Today we had some campus wide fun with One Hit Wonder Day - Disney Edition. We played five seconds of a song and the right caller had to tell us the name of the song and movie. Students won popsicles and teachers won a gift card. It was a great way to end the week!

A game changer makes key plays to help teams succeed. Nurse Heather is always bringing her heart to work. She cares for every student as if they were own and never hesitates to bring joy to a student’s day that may be struggling.

TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAMWORK! Thank you to our amazing SPED department, our phenomenal campus OT, Ms. Burt, and @AlvinISD_EdFdn for making this grant come to life. The Motor Lab definitely brings joy to our students and is an incredible addition to our campus.

We are only $8000 from our fundraiser goal! Remember, the top class in each grade level that raises the most amount of money will win a pizza party and our top three students who raise the most amount of money will get to pie Principal Stenger in the face. Go here to donate: https://app.pop4kids.org/ShirleyDillBrothersESSch77584. Top Classes are Hunter, Ollivierre, McLaurin, Rubin, Portillo, and Kelso but many classes are close behind!
