Our 3rd-5th graders put their skills to the test on Friday in the SBE STAAR Olympics. Not only did they have a fun time, but they are ready to show off their skills this week on the STAAR. Let's go Bearkats!

Happy Assistant Principal’s Week to an amazing educator and leader! We appreciate all that you do to create a positive learning environment on our campus every day. We hope you felt the love this week.

Bearkats take the stage with their incredible talents! Heartfelt gratitude to all who participated, Mrs. Cherry, and our amazing 5th grade stage crew for a truly enjoyable evening!

Thank you for helping us honor Autism Awareness Day with all of your blue today!

This week is Assistant Principal Week and we are celebrating Mrs. Mowles, our plant-loving AP. We want to make sure she feels the love this week, so please make sure you send her an email, write a comment on this post, or drop off a card to help celebrate her this week!

Our staff enjoyed two Easter egg hunts! Our second "hunt" was a spelling game with a unique twist. We truly hope everyone has a great Easter break!

Thank you Principal Stenger and Assistant Principal Mowles for continuing the egg-citing fun today. Our students are really enjoying the egg hunts!

An egg-cellent time was had by everyone today as our kindergarten and first grade students raced to find eggs!

Yesterday we celebrated our stellar students in an Academic Pep Rally! Congrats to our Honor Roll recipients, Bearkat Pride awardees, and the Golden Spoon winners!

Bravo to our talented third graders for their amazing performance of "Hats!" Special thanks to Mrs. Cherry for doing such a wonderful job nurturing our students' musical talents.

Just before spring break we had Career Day! Big thanks to all the amazing parents who joined us! Your passion and insights into your careers made the event special. Thank you to our counselor, Ms. Dominique and behavior specialist Ms. Wyatt for organizing it for our students.

A game changer makes key plays to help teams succeed. Dalisia Webb is patient, always smiles, excellent at meeting student needs. She is also a team player who is always willing to help others.

Today Mrs. Burroughs was honored with the Alvin ISD Beliefs Award. We are so thankful for all that she does for our students!

Tomorrow is World Down Syndrome Day. Be sure to wear mismatched socks tomorrow!

We had fun at STEAM and Big Art Night. Collaborative art with Mrs. Garcia, stations in our grade level pods, building with Home Depot, coding with iCode and shopping at our book fair....there were so many options to choose from. Thanks for coming and supporting this event!

Thanks for joining us before the break to celebrate Read Across America Week. We hope you've had some time to continue enjoying a book this week.
