PTO is asking for support to stock teacher breakrooms. You can drop off items like soda, sparkling water, candy and chips in the front office or front foyer.
The halls were filled with energy and excitement as our students flooded the halls this morning. We are settled and ready to embark on a new school year adventure. Thanks for making day one great, we can't wait to see you tomorrow!
We are so excited about our youngest bearkats. Transition day was full of fun and we can't wait for the rest of the bearkat family to join us tomorrow! Check out some of the fun things we did today. Thank you to our PTO for the Boo Hoo breakfast for our kinder parents!

Adventures that start here change the world! Today was packed full of fun adventure themed team building activities. We are preparing and looking forward to welcoming students back soon. Thanks PTO and admin for such a fun kick off for what is sure to be an amazing year.
As our families prepare for back to school, we wanted to give a quick reminder on Alvin ISD's Cell Policy.
The district permits students to possess personal cell phone for safety purposes.
Smart watches (including Fit Bits), earbuds (including Air Pods), headphones, mobile game consoles and all other electronic devices are not permitted.
Cell phones must be remain powered off and stored away during the instructional day, including during all testing, unless they are being used for approved instructional purposes.
Over the coming weeks, we'll spend some time focusing on why AISD finds it necessary to limit cell phone and smart device use during the school day.

24-25 Back to School Tips >> You will be able to view your child's teacher for the 24-25 school year in Skyward on August 7th at 4PM. We are proud of our class placement process and all of our teachers look forward to welcoming their students for this upcoming year.
24-26 Back to School Tips >> If your child needs bus service, then please contact Ariel Sokol at asokol@alvinisd.net by 8/1 to have first day of school service. After that date will have a 2-3 day wait time until service will begin.
24-25 Back to School Tips >> If you ever want to volunteer at the school please make sure you fill out the volunteer form now because it can take 48 hours to 2 weeks for it to be approved.
I am thrilled to announce our newest Bearkat family member, Kalia Johnston. She will serve as a Early Childhood Special Education Paraprofessional, and she is looking forward to being part of our Bearkat family! Please help us in giving her a warm welcome!
