Look at these two cuties in matching Hello Kitty shirts, enjoying their i-Ready kickoff party at recess from Mrs. Scott. Krystal and Callie, you are definitely Twinning and Winning today! #WilderWolves #WeSeeYou #IfKnowledgeIsPowerThenLearningIsASuperpower

Check out how adorable this Twinning & Winning pair is repping their beloved 2nd grade. Way to go Mrs. Plick and Ms. Johnson. #WilderWolves #WeSeeYou #IfKnowledgeIsPowerThenLearningIsASuperpower

Congratulations to last week's Wolf of the Week, who was awarded today: Mrs. Roberts!!!!! She is one of our incredible 5th-grade RLA teachers. Congrats, Mrs. Roberts! #WilderWolves #WeSeeYou #IfKnowledgeIsPowerThenLearningIsASuperpower

Last week, Mrs. Owen's 2nd grader solved a place value mystery by working together in detective groups to find out who took the base ten blocks and how much they actually stole. What a fun way to trick those 2nd graders into learning, Mrs. Owen - - - way to go!!!!! #WilderWolves #WeSeeYou #IfKnowledgeIsPowerThenLearningIsASuperpower

Now that fall has officially arrived, Mrs. Connelly's students have spent some time learning about the wind and how it affects many things in our environment. From cooler temperatures (wish they'd get here soon) and leaves changing colors and falling from the trees to new ways to have fun with the wind, like the wind socks they made in the classroom. Great job, Kinder friends! #WilderWolves #WeSeeYou #IfKnowledgeIsPowerThenLearningIsASuperpower

Apparently, the color of the day was black & white with stripes because Mrs. Chen & Mrs. James were caught Twinning & Winning too today. #WilderWolves #WeSeeYou #IfKnowledgeIsPowerThenLearningIsASuperpower

Look at these two little cuties who found each other at dismissal today. Twinning & Winning at Wilder! #WilderWolves #WeSeeYou #IfKnowledgeIsPowerThenLearningIsASuperpower

It's time to start planning your storybook pumpkin. Please read all the restrictions and remember: Mrs. Sullivan prefers craft pumpkins over real pumpkins because they can start rotting and decomposing before judging, and they have to be thrown away when that happens. #WilderWolves #WeSeeYou #IfKnowledgeIsPowerThenLearningIsASuperpower

If you've ever doubted how awesome our Wilder PTO mommas are, let this show you just how incredible they truly are. Here's a little backstory. Back in May, before school ended, Marek was heavily damaged, much like Wilder was, including the library. At Wilder, the library was one of the few places spared and served as our command post for all things technology-related, ensuring we could operate without loss when school started back in August. Over the summer, the classrooms were the main focus, and the library was somewhat put on hold until our upcoming fall break. Now, jump ahead to a couple of weeks ago: Mrs. Buchanan reached out to Mrs. Sullivan and asked whether the rumors about Marek's Library were true and whether they could use some help getting things ready for the upcoming renovation project. Mrs. Sullivan reached out to Marek librarian, Mrs. Phipps, and she was flabbergasted that another school wanted to help. Today, these sweet Wilder mommas showed up ready to work at Marek, stayed until the job was done, and offered to return once the renovations are complete so Marek students could have their library back as soon as possible. This is a beautiful example of Alvin ISD's #WeSeeYou in action. Thank you, Wilder PTO, for going above and beyond, for seeing a need in our Alvin ISD community and answering the call. Everyone at Wilder knows how phenomenal you are; now everyone in Alvin ISD needs to know too. #WilderWolves #WeSeeYou #IfKnowledgeIsPowerThenLearningIsASuperpower

Mrs. Paolini found these two little cuties, Twinning and Winning, earlier today. Way to go, girls; you're looking great in all your Hello Kitty cuteness. #WilderWolves #WeSeeYou #IfKnowledgeIsPowerThenLearningIsASuperpower

Somehow, we let it slip by and missed celebrating Ms. Salazar as last week's Wolf of the Week. Ms. Salazar is our dyslexia teacher, but she works at Wilder and at Brothers Elementary. Everyone who works with her loves her. Congratulations, Ms. Salazar, and we're sorry we didn't get this posted last week. #WilderWolves #WeSeeYou #IfKnowledgeIsPowerThenLearningIsASuperpower

We would be remiss not to thank our amazing PTO for another fabulous First Friday Breakfast. Thank you, ladies, for everything you do to make sure we all feel loved and appreciated. #WilderWolves #WeSeeYou #IfKnowledgeIsPowerThenLearningIsASuperpower

Today we celebrated these amazing students as the first Wolves of the Month for the 2026-2027 school year. These students represent what it means to be a Wilder Wolf: Independent, Learners, Dedicated, Enthusiastic, and Reliable. #WilderWolves #WeSeeYou #IfKnowledgeIsPowerThenLearningIsASuperpower
