Caffey Junior High: Dillan Bradley for the short story “Galveston News”
Jeter Elementary: Nathan Ponce for the artwork “Western Buddies”
All finalists will be published in the 2025 Historian’s Journal, which will become part of The Bryan Museum’s permanent library collection. Finalists are also invited to the I Am Texas reception on November 23 at The Bryan Museum in Galveston.
Finalist artwork will be on display from September 26–November 23. Contest winners will be announced on September 22 through the I Am Texas website.

Cardinal Athletics: Our annual mandatory parent meeting will be held Monday, August 11th at 5:30 in the cafeteria. Please plan on attending if your 7th or 8th grader will participate in any sport this year.
