Please join us for the Caffey Black History Program

Congratulations to 8th grader Remedi Bock-Martin for winning AirPods for having perfect attendance during the second nine-week period. This attendance incentive was made possible by a grant from the AISD Education Foundation. One student was randomly selected from among all those with perfect attendance during that period.

Thank you and congratulations to the Cardinal Community for achieving our Turtle Adoption Goal this year of 400 turtles. Final tally (drum roll, please...) 407. This is 22 more than we achieved last year. This is a great cause that benefits our schools through Innovative Teaching Grants and Campus Grants. In the final standings, Caffey was in the top five in the district.

Thank you once again to all the Parents/Grandparents/Staff/Students and so many others who truly stepped up to fulfill our theme this year, "Be the Change!" Thank you for the imprint you have made on our district community!

Mardi Gras Dance tickets will be sold in the gym before school and at lunch in the Cafe today. No tickets will be sold at the door. Student IDs are required for purchasing tickets and attendance at the dance.

Caffey Cheer Informational Meeting!!!

Cardinals, we are nearly there. Our goal is to adopt 400 turtles, and we currently sit at 347. We are just 53 turtles away from reaching the goal. We can do this. We can reach the goal. I invite you to join me in this final push! I will attach the Adopt a Turtle info. Just use the QR code to Adopt! Adopt! Adopt!

Students can buy tickets for the dance during lunch through Friday for $10. Tickets will not be sold online or at the door. You must have a student ID to buy a ticket and to enter on Friday night. Temporary IDs will not be accepted. (There will also be an open gym during the dance.)

Cardinals we are closing in on our goal of 400 Adopted Turtles. Once again we were one of three AISD schools that recorded great gains over night! We have currently adopted 267 Turtles and are in 2nd Place among Jr. Highs!!! Two days are left! This week's student challenge - The Homeroom with the most turtles (50 minimum) receives a Jeremiah's Ice Party! Together let's make an impact by achieving our goal of 400 Turtles. We can do this "together."
