Tuesday, August 12th is first day of school for ALL students! 🎉 Doors open at 7:15am and breakfast will be served from 7:15–7:50am.🍎🥞 We can’t wait to see all our amazing students back in the building, ready for a fantastic year! 💛 📌 Please note: Parents will not be able to walk students to class on this day.

Our amazing paraprofessionals have been attending professional development too! 📚✨ We’re so thankful for the hard work and dedication they bring to our campus every single day. 💛

This upcoming Monday is Transition Day for our Pre-K & Kinder students! 💛 Doors open at 7:15 AM — parents can walk your student to class and then join us for our Boo Hoo Breakfast from 7:15–8:00am to celebrate this big milestone (happy tears welcome!).✏️📚 🚍 Friendly reminder: There will be no bus service for Pre-K students from August 11–15.

Ms. Paniagua is joining our team as part of our support staff, and we’re so excited to have her energy and enthusiasm on campus. Having worked with Alvin ISD as summer help for the past three years, she already knows what it takes to help our Jaguars succeed! 🌟

Hello! My name is Valeria Paniagua, and I’m so excited to be part of the DJE team! I recently graduated from high school and will be starting college soon to pursue a degree in Radiology.

I’ve worked with Alvin ISD as summer help for three years, and I’m excited to continue growing with the district and learning new things. I can’t wait to see what this year has to offer for me and to be part of such a welcoming school community.

Hello! My name is Cristina Vazquez. I was born in Mexico and grew up in College Station, Texas. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Visualization from Texas A&M University and later completed my Master of Education from Relay Education.

I’m a proud parent to one baby boy and cherish spending quality time with my family. In my free time, I love traveling, camping, hiking, reading, drawing, and running—but I also appreciate sleeping in and enjoying a good brunch!

I’m so excited to join the DJE team and can’t wait for a wonderful year with our Jaguars!
