
We celebrated the incredible achievements of all our readers here at the Bennett Elementary Reading Fair! It’s been such a joy to see so many creative and thoughtful projects. Mrs. Finn and Ms. Jacob are so proud of all the effort the fourth and fifth grade students put into their projects! We do have our winners! *Drumroll*

This week we celebrated our wonderful School Psychologist for National School Psychologist Week! Ms. Tessa Fuller is a great asset to our Bennett family! Thank you for all that you do!

Today we are designing our Mars Colony! Students are designing a colony the is efficient and will allow the people living there to be happy and healthy.

The staff of the week goes too... Ms. K. Martinez! Your students are very fortunate to have such a loving and caring teacher. You work endless hours to assure your students are getting the very best education. Your dedication to your team and willingness to always help is just a small piece of what you do everyday. Bennett Elementary would like to welcome all veterans and active service members to join us on Monday, November 11, 2024, from 7:30 am to 8:30 am for a breakfast and parade. Please see the attached flyer for more information.


Bennett Elementary students participated in a mock election yesterday to decide the best Houston area Mascot. They voted both online in their classrooms and in a polling booth to get the full voting experience. Student were so excited and both the district elementary and school wide winner was Toro, the Texans mascot.










The staff of the week goes too.... Ms. Clayton! Being a new teacher is tough. You are having to learn all the things it takes to educate young minds. Ms. Clayton does it with ease and does things above her job duties. She asks great questions, tries new things to help all her students and coordinates with outside experts to come and teach the students about Arbor Day. Thank you Ms. Clayton for working hard everyday to become the very best!


Today our students took part in an Arbor Day presentation by the Texas A & M Forest Service today at Bennett. They presented great information about Arbor Day, and how plants are so vital to our community.
