5th graders helped with our Soar Store this week.

Staff of the week goes to... Drum Roll... Ms. Childress! She truly exemplifies strength, dedication, and heart. Even while bravely battling cancer, she remains committed to being present for her students each day, showing incredible resilience and determination. As a fifth-grade teacher, she consistently goes above and beyond to support all students, building meaningful relationships that help them feel seen, valued, and encouraged. Her classroom is filled with engaging, fun lessons that make learning exciting and memorable. She is a shining example of perseverance and compassion, and our school community is better because of her.

Along with animal research, Ms. Torres' class started their caterpillar observations. They are eagerly awaiting their butterflies to hatch.

Ms. Torres' kindergarten class completed their animal research projects and put them on display for the school to enjoy. They all did such amazing work!
