Mrs. Vizcarra’s class has been working hard to learn their reading stations! 📚✨ They are building routines and practicing their reading skills!

Our teachers are readers, too! 📚💙
One of the best ways to create a culture of reading is by modeling a love for books. When our students see us reading and sharing what’s on our bookshelves, they see that reading isn’t just something we do at school. It’s something we enjoy! 📖

Miss Glenn’s class completed their memory heart maps for writing! ❤️✏️ They are filling their hearts with ideas!

Mrs. Tehas’s class enjoyed a special guest reader yesterday! After reading, students explored their five senses and made predictions as they learned through a fun, hands on experience. What a great way to learn and discover together! 👀👂

We are so grateful for our Alvin ISD police officers who work hard to keep our students and staff safe each and every day! 💙💛 Yesterday, Officer Thibodeaux spent some time on the playground playing football with our students. We are thankful for the meaningful relationships our officers build with our kiddos and the positive impact they make on our campus each day! 🏈👮♂️
