4th Grade Explores Police Work with Manvel PD
Today, our 4th-grade students had an exciting and educational visit from the Manvel Police Department! Officers Rochelle Carr-Lacy and Officer Gunter gave an engaging presentation about the importance of reading and writing in police work. Students put their investigative skills to the test with a mock crime scene involving a stolen bike. They discussed evidence, wrote reports, and gained hands-on experience in documenting a case—just like real officers! To top off the experience, they toured the Crime Scene Vehicle, exploring the fascinating tools and equipment used in the field.
A big thank you to Manvel PD for providing such a fun and insightful learning opportunity for our students! 🚔🔍✏️
