The staff of the week goes to... Drum roll.... Ms. Dalia Cruz! She always walks around with a smile on her face. Her hands on teaching is extremely engaging and it is reflected in her students' data. Science is a hard subject to understand but when you walk in her class, all you hear is students using the science vocabulary with ease. We are so fortunate to have Ms. Cruz at Bennett Elementary. Thank you for all that you do.

Today Mrs. Jasinski and the 2nd grade GT class read the book "All the Little Snowflakes" by Cindy Jin. They created their own snowflake to act like the flakes that we read about in the book. Some of the descriptive words were float, flutter, and dance.

The staff of the week goes too... Drum roll.... Mr. Chase Scott. Where to start? He is there when you have a music question. He is there when you have a technology problem. The list can go on and on but the most important thing he does so well is teach engaging lessons daily! The students love to go to music. Anytime you pass his classroom, all you hear is laughter, instruments, and music. Thank you for all that you do daily!
