All football players must be cleared in Rank One before they can participate in practice. You will not receive a helmet if you're not cleared.

3. Select Texas
4. Select Alvin ISD
5. Follow the step by step instructions given to create a parent/student account and upload your completed physical form
All forms must be filled out on-line by parent and athlete and physical done before athlete is allowed to participate in any activities.
