3-5 graders listened to Wendy Mass and Rebecca Stead in a live author event!! These fabulous authors talked about their newest book, The Lost Library, and talked to students about the writing process. They were so engaging and enthusiastic about writing and reading!






Students who completed a summer reading program were rewarded with sno-cones!!











First graders are writing words and sorting sounds.



Grandparents Breakfast 2023





Nelson Elementary hosted Grandparents Breakfast this morning. We had beautiful weather and an amazing turnout.
