Hello wonderful Nelson Families! My name is Nancy Cerda, and I am the counselor here at Nelson Elementary! This is my 15th year in education! I have a love for children and helping others. I attended the University of Houston-Downtown where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology followed by the University of St. Thomas where I received my Masters in Counseling in Education. A little bit about my wonderful and supportive family: My husband Julian and I have been married for 12 years, and we have two beautiful daughters. Zoe, our oldest, and Emme, our youngest. As a family, we love to travel, Disney, watch movies, and swim! Family time is the best time!
