Transcript Request

Please complete the request form. Transcripts are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You will be emailed when your transcript has been sent or is ready for pick up.

• We can email unofficial copies.
• We can fax, mail, or electronically send official copies via TREx.
• Official copies come in a sealed envelope and should not be opened before being given to the school or job.
• All transcripts are available for pick up and will be held for 1 week.
• All fines must be paid before the request is processed.  

Transcripts for former students will cost $4.00 each
