I’m excited to begin my first year as a Nolan Ryan Junior High Longhorn! I will be your 8th grade Science and MAP teacher this year. I attended Southern Illinois University where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Adult Education, Training and Development. I’m an educator and a Navy veteran with a passion for learning. I have a background in tutoring and mentoring 5th-12th grade students in a variety of core subjects.  

When I am not at school, my husband of 20+ years, Patrick, and I love to go hiking and camping with our two daughters Ella and Josi. We also enjoy watching movies, baking, and playing board games together. I am also a HUGE Green Bay Packers fan!
