Mr. Simpson is excited to be joining the team here at Iowa Colony High School. This is his 12th year in Alvin ISD and his 16th year in education. Previous teaching experience includes positions at Ridge Point High School, Deer Park High School, Heights High School and at Alvin High School where he served as both a teacher and the Chair of the Fine arts Department. As a director Mr. Simpson has had the good fortune of directing One-Act plays that have appeared at the Area contest 4 times. He is thrilled to be founding NEW GROUND THEATRE here at Iowa Colony High School and is looking forward to working with some amazing students. Blaze the trail!
Mr. Simpson continues to work professionally as an actor and director. He is a proud member of Actor’s Equity Association. Mr. Simpson is a founding member of Horse Head Theatre for which he has both acted and directed. Some of his favorite acting credits include:
