Coach Wright

Head Golf Coach for ICHS. Grew up in Conroe, TX and graduated from Conroe High School in 2006. Attended Hardin-Simmons University 2006-2007. Attended and graduated from Sam Houston State University from 2007-2011. Graduated from SHSU with a BBA and Class A PGA Membership. Played competitive golf in high school, making it to the 5A Regional Tournament senior year. Played on the golf team at HSU and SHSU. Played professional golf from 2012-2017. Full-time golf instructor while also playing professional golf. Moved into teaching and coaching from 2017-present. Was the Assistant Golf Coach at Huntsville High School from 2017-2019, Head Boys Golf Coach at Clear Falls High School from 2019-2020, Head Girls Golf Coach at Paetow High School from 2020-2022. I have taught 7th Grade Math, IPC, Environmental Systems, and SPED Department. 

My wife, Stephanie and I have been together since 2010. Dated from 2010-2014. Engaged from 2014-2016. Married since 2016. We have 1 daughter, Vivian, at 15 months old.
