My name is Morgan Salinas and I grew up in Alvin,Texas. I have two older sisters and one younger brother. I graduated from Alvin High School in 2001 and attended college at Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma on a volleyball scholarship, earning a degree in Physical Education. I graduated in May 2005 and moved back to Texas. I began to sub at Hood-Case Elementary in the fall of 2015 and became the P.E. teacher in the fall of 2006. I love my job and can hardly believe I am starting my 13th year here at Hood-Case Elementary. I married my husband in June 2013 and gained 2 amazing stepchildren. My stepson will be a 10th grader and my stepdaughter will be a 6th grader this fall. My son Jayden is 4 years old and will begin Pre-K this year at his school. He brings so much joy to my husband and I, but he especially loves his bubba and sissy! Our youngest daugther Aria who was born last Fall, has made our family of 6 complete. My goal for this upcoming school year is to teach our students how to live a healthier lifestyle, to make physical fitness a priority in their lives and to have fun while being active. I look forward to teaching your children and to another successful school year here at Hood-Case!
