Welcome to the 22-23 school year! My name is Rebecca Dyda. I will be the Alvin High School 18+ Transitions teacher. In Transitions we work to further develop skills in job training, independent living, and life skills. I started out as a Job coach for Shadow Creek and Manvel High schools working with transitions students and I absolutely loved it. I left when I became a teacher and I have finally made it back! This will be my third year teaching and my first year at Alvin High School! I am a fur mom to a wonderful 10-year-old Husky/malamute named Layla.
