Hello Mustangs

I am Coach Plunkett and I am very excited to be an Alvin Jr. High Mustang. This is my 19th year in education and 17 of those years I have been a classroom teacher and coach. This will be my second year in Alvin ISD. My wife and I moved back to Alvin 5 years ago. She is a product of Alvin ISD and we met at Alvin Community College where I was playing baseball. We have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren. I love spending time with family, playing golf, camping and fishing. I will be teaching 6th grade AP Science and 7th grade Science. I will also be coaching football and basketball.
