I am originally from a small town in northern Indiana and lived in Alabama, Florida, and Ohio before moving to Texas in 2006.  I have two sons; my youngest is a senior in high school, and my oldest is a junior in college.  I enjoy watching college football and basketball and professional football on television, but my favorite sport to watch is hockey.  My son plays for the University of North Texas, so you can find me in Dallas cheering on my son and the Mean Green Eagles most weekends from September through March.  When I'm not in Dallas for hockey, my youngest son and I enjoy doing home improvement projects.  Our biggest project so far is completely renovating our upstairs bathroom.  When I have free time, I enjoy reading biographies, realistic fiction, and mysteries.  

My daily schedule is as follows:

1st. Period:  Foundational English

2nd. Period:  ESOL 1-6, 7 ELLA 1

3rd. Period:  ESL Reading

4th. Period:  Conference 

5th. Period:  Conference

6th. Period: ESL Writing 

7th. Period:  English Learners Language Arts
