Hi Harby Hawks!

My name is Melissa Ward and I am SO excited to be your 7th grade RLA teacher this year!  I graduated from Alvin Community College with an Associate degree in General Liberal Arts, from University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and finally from University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Go COOGS!)  This will be my nineth year as a classroom teacher and I can honestly say I love to learn!  When I'm not at school, I love hanging out with my husband, three kids, and Sugar (my sweet puppy).  I have no doubt that we are going to have a great year!!
