Hello! I am so thrilled to be your child's fifth grade reading, language arts, and social studies teacher for the 2022-2023 school year! It is my goal this year that your child's school experience will be filled with lots of love, academic growth, and so much fun!.

I'm excited to be starting my 3rd year with Walt Disney Elementary, Go Wildcats. I graduated from the University of Houston-Go Coogs! After completing my degree in psychology, I earned my alternative certification in elementary education. I am truly honored to be part of your child's learning journey this school year! 

My husband, Patrick, and I, along with our 4 children, moved to Alvin a few years back, and we are loving it here! The Alvin community, Alvin ISD, and my Walt Disney family have been so welcoming! I am one of five kids and my husband is one of seven. In our free time, we love to be outdoors enjoying lots of family time with our big crew. I am also an avid gardener, thrift store shopper, and music fan. 

I look forward to helping your child meet and then exceed their academic goals this year! First and foremost, we are going to stay safe, have fun, and learn and grow together! I am so excited to be a Walt Disney Wildcat and your child's teacher.
