Welcome Back to School!

It is time for a great year at J. B. Hensler. I am excited about being your instructor for Computer Maintenance, Networking, and Practicum courses. I am truly blessed to be part of the Alvin ISD family and look forward to helping each of you grow into the career field of your choice.  

I moved to the Houston area in 2012 with my lovely wife of 32 years. I have three adult children: Josh 32, Zack 27, and Hunter 24. I enjoy spending time with my family doing just about anything as long as we are together. We enjoy traveling, watching movies, hanging out by the pool, and working on cars.  My sons and I spend a lot of time working on automobiles together. Not sure if it is a hobby, or if it is because things just always seem to need repair.  

I have a passion for life and helping others become the best version of themselves. I spend a lot of time learning new technologies and enhancing my technology skills. I come to you with over 12 years of professional IT knowledge and experience. Like the courses I teach, I have my professional certifications in CompTia A+ and Cisco CCNA.
