Chef Kathleen Roussel
I am a classically trained Chef with a Cuisine & Patisserie Culinary Degree from Le Cordon Bleu. I have over 20 years of experience in the culinary and food and beverage management field. My passion is teaching and molding young mind of future culinarians. I have been teaching culinary arts for the past 12 years, most recently for 7 years, as the Head of Culinary Arts Program for CCISD. I am the 2017 Texas Restaurant Association Culinary Educator of Excellence and a 2018 National Restaurant Association Educator of Excellence Award Recipient, which means your future chef is in good hands. I am so excited to join the AHS team and share my expertise with our students!
