Welcome! I am stepping into my seventh year as an Agricultural Science Teacher and FFA Advisor. This will be my first year in Alvin ISD and I will be teaching Veterinary Medical Applications at the JB Hensler College and Career Academy. I will also serve as a FFA Advisor for the Alvin High School FFA Chapter. It all began at a young age when I started taking horseback riding lessons. I grew up with horses and when I entered high school, I realized my passion for agriculture. I was an active member of the Clear Lake High School FFA Chapter, where I competed on the quiz team, horse judging team, and held multiple committee and chapter offices. Before I began teaching, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Services and Development at Tarleton State University. The following year, I completed my Master of Science Degree in Agricultural Education. I bleed purple! I am excited for a new year at Alvin ISD!
