Hello,

First of all, I would like to welcome you all to the Harby Band!  I am excited to make this my fourth year at Harby Junior High.  I am entering my 15th year of teaching, having served 11 years as a band director in Pasadena ISD.  I received my Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.  My primary instrument is flute, with piano and saxophone being my secondaries.  Outside of school, I am a private flute lesson instructor.  My hobbies are reading, weight lifting, running, hiking, and painting! I also enjoy spending time with my daughter and taking her on my many adventures. I look forward to an exciting new year!  If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
