Welcome to my webpage! My name is Ken Harms and I am teaching United States History, AP United States History, and Dual Credit United States History for the 2021-2022 school year. I have been teaching for 9 years, but this is my third year at Alvin High School. More importantly, I am a Yellowjacket Alumni (Class of 2002!). In addtion, I have my Bachelors and Masters degrees in United States History from the University of Houston Clear Lake. When I am not teaching I like spending time with my wife and two daughters , Averie and Lennon. I also play bass in a band and am restoring a 1972 Volkswagen Beetle. I am looking forward to an amazing year!!!
