I am a native of the Alvin ISD community. In fact, my parents have been local business

owners for more than 45 years and my grandmother owned a restaurant in Alvin during

the 50s and 60s. Needless to say, I am a complete product of AISD. A few years after

ACC, I graduated from the University of Houston - Clear Lake with a BA in History

followed by a MA in Education from Lamar University. I am now in my 22nd year with

AISD and return to SCHS as head coach for our Womens Soccer program, as well

as teaching AVID. Although raised in Alvin, I have lived the past 18

years in the SCHS community. Although I have preferred to always reside within AISD,

I love to travel and view our world first hand – visiting over 30 countries in the process.

My love of History & Geography keeps me learning and growing, as do my soccer athletes.

My additional passions include God, Texas, my wife and all my Labradors.
