    Mz. Stilwell is a Houston native. She went to college in Kansas City, Missouri for her bachelors and graduated in 2010. She considers herself a jack-of-all-trades, and is familiar with many mediums, including, but not limited to: drawing, painting, fibers, ceramics, and sculpture. Mz. Stilwell has experience as a studio potter, manager of an online jewelry supply store, and a teacher. Mz. Stilwell was an artist in residence at the Armory Art Center in 2011, and then at the Watershed Center for the Ceramic Arts in 2012. She completed a year of post-baccalaureate study at the University of Houston, Clear Lake from 2012-2013. The current school year is in her ninth year teaching, and this is her fifth year at Alvin High School.
