    PASS Teacher/ Defensive Tackles / Assistant Track
    Steven McFadden is entering his 9th year in Alvin ISD and his 6th year at MHS. Coach McFadden went to Wheatley HS in Houston where he lettered in football, basketball, track and golf. During his time at Wheatley, he became a Blue chip All American, which led him to receiving a football scholarship to Texas Tech, where he went on to play offensive tackle. Coach Mac played in the Alamo and Independence Bowls while at Tech and started as a Freshman.  He has a Masters of Science in Education with a specialization in Technology Integration within the classroom. Coach McFadden is happily married to his wife, Ginger, who is the Senior Project Architect Coordinator for EDI International. The couple have two daughters: Ava (17), who is a senior  at Manvel and plays soccer, and Chloe (12), who plays all Junior High sports and specializes in goalie and volleyball. Coach McFadden and his family attend Second Baptist South Campus and enjoy attending all types of athletic events and traveling.
