Message from the Principal:

It is truly an honor to serve as the principal of Meridiana Elementary; a campus which is committed to creating a culture of respect, integrity, and commitment so that all of our students are empowered to become successful leaders and lifelong learners.  The campus is located in the center of the brand new Meridiana master-planned community, and it is the heartbeat of a community that has a strong focus on education. I can’t wait to see the faces of every student, as we welcome them to their school for the 2019-20 school year, on August 15th. Our goal this year is to “Level Up to Excellence!” Our school will be focusing on striving for excellence in everything we do.  I look forward to partnering with our parents, community members and local businesses, as we engage our students in real world experiences. I truly believe that the most important thing we do as educators is to build positive relationships with students, families and communities as a whole. 

A little about me:

I have had the honor of serving students and families as an educator and administrator for the past 23 years.  My husband, Keith, and I have two beautiful children, Kaitlyn (21), who will be graduating from Texas A&M in December,  and Colton (19), who will be entering Texas A&M as a freshman this year. During my free time I love to spend time with my family and our three dogs.  I’m looking forward to working with each of the students and parents who make up the Meridiana Community, and believe that together, we will accomplish great things!
