Please visit the student health service link below, this site will help you better understand the care we provide for your student and also provides important forms or action plans to be completed so we can manage any health conditions your student may have appropriately such as ASTHMA, DIABETES, SEIZURES AND life threatening ALLERGIES.
Our goal is to keep children in school. We try hard not to send children home unless they are ill or present a health threat to others. The very best way to control the spread of germs and to keep children healthy is to routinely wash hands with soap and water.
Texas state law requires students to be immunized against certain vaccine-preventable diseases. To determine specific vaccines that are required for your child to attend school please refer to the following website www.dshs.texas.gov/immunize/school/default.shtm. Please be aware that students without proper documentation of the required vaccinations or a valid and notarized conscientious exemption will not be allowed to attend school. Schedules for students who are missing vaccines will not be released. If you have specific questions regarding these requirements, please contact us.
While the COVID-19 vaccine is not required, it is strongly encouraged. If your student has been vaccinated for COVID-19 please send the vaccination record to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may be able to update our records.
