Howdy York Rangers! I’m excited to be back with you another year to serve as your school librarian. This will be my sixteenth year working in Alvin ISD and in the field of education. I received my undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and my Masters degrees from the University of Houston Clear Lake. Throughout my teaching career, I have had the opportunity to serve as a special education teacher, a reading specialist, and now as a school librarian. I have a heart for students and love hearing about their life stories and sharing with them my passion for Reading!  

We have many fun things in the works for library this year including Book Fairs, author visits, reading incentives and much more! We will keep you updated about library events through the website and through newsletters sent home.
