    My name is Dawn Shaffer and I am so excited to be teaching 1st grade for my 8th year.  I have been married for 12 years and graduated from University of Houston Clear Lake with a Bachelors in Child Education EC-6.  I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with my five nephews.
     
     
    Important
    This year I will be teaching Math, Science and social studies. My partner teacher, Mrs. Bruner, will be teaching Language Arts.
