The mission of Alvin ISD mathematics’program is to build confident problem solvers with the ability to expressmathematics in concrete, pictorial, and abstract forms with everyday applicationsand effective use of technology.

Graduates of Alvin ISD will function mathematically in today’s changing society.  Students will use appropriate technology andhave the skills to perform satisfactorily in today’s workplace.
