• Welcome to the Alvin Band!

    The Alvin Band is the parent organization for the Marching Band which includes the Alvin Drumline and Color Guard, Concert Bands, Percussion Ensembles, Winter Guards, and Jazz Band.
    All students are required to have a Physical on file prior to the first day of camp (July 20th). Here is the 2022-2023 Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation form! Print it, fill it out and take it to your doctor or clinic. Once completed, take a picture of the back page of the Physical form and upload it to Rankonesports.com (follow steps below for details). 
    AlvinISD has transitioned to an online database as of 2021. All pre-partcipation Athletic/Fine Arts paperwork (physicals) will be completed online. Please click the following link to be directed to the log-in screen.  *YOU MUST KNOW YOUR CHILD'S STUDENT ID NUMBER*  Follow the steps below to fill out the necessary documents.
    1) Click this link ----->  Rankonesports.com
    2) Click on the red box in upper right "Parents Click Here"
    3) In the ONLINE FORMS box, click "Go To Forms"
    4) Click on "Texas"
    5) Click on 'AlvinISD"
    6) Click "Proceed To Online Forms"
    7) You will need to create a new account or sign in if you already have an account
    8) Once you've logged in, you will need to enter your student's name and ID and your student will be linked to your account
    9) You will see your child's name with an "out of compliance" notice and a tab marked "VIEW" that you need to click
    10) Here you can begin filling out the 8 needed forms.  
    The digital signing of these forms plus the Physical make your child compliant and able to compete/practice/perform with our program and/or any other organzation within AISD

    To subscribe using your Google Calendar:

    1. Open your Google Calendar.
    2. Locate Other Calendars on the left hand side of the screen toward the bottom.
    3. Click the arrow to the right of Other Calendars.
    4. Select Add by URL from the list.
    5. Enter the subscription link (shown above) in the field. If you would like these events to be public, check the box next to Make the calendar publicly accessible.
    6. Click Add Calendar.

    Parents, we have a participant limit of 150 members in each class. If we get close to that number in any of our classes, you will be directed to pull out of your student's class and enter a separate parent group. If you are a parent, please answer with your student's name plus your relation.
