Walt Disney Elementary

My name is Julie Gray and I am the Principal at Walt Disney Elementary. This is my thirty-third year in education and I have been fortunate to spend these wonderful years in the Alvin Independent School District. My career began in early childhood education at R.L. Stevenson Primary, where I fostered my love of teaching young children. Next, I spent twelve years at Alvin Primary and fourteen years at Melba Passmore Elementary, where I taught from prekindergarten through fifth grade and finished my tenure as a Reading Interventionist. I am in my seventh year as a WILDCAT at Walt Disney Elementary!

I am looking forward to getting to know all of our students, parents, and new faculty! My goal is to work together with all stakeholders to ensure student success. We are teaching and training the future- our CHILDREN!  At Disney, we always work together for the good and encourage our students daily to be leaders and make good choices!
