Welcome to another wonderful and exciting year at Nolan Ryan Junior High.

I am Dr. Christopher Brazzle and entering my 20th year as an educator having taught and led in both Florida and Texas.  This is my thrid year on this beautiful campus and I bring a wealth of leadership experience with me.  I truly believe in the phrase Maslow before Bloom.  Relationships are the foundation and the ultimate key.  I am a leader, an inspirer, a motivator, and an encourager.  I am also a 2X Best Selling Author.  For the 2021-2022 academic year, I will be serving as an assistant principal for students’ last names beginning with M-Z. I am also the Campus Testing Coordinator and Campus Behavior Coordinator.

I was born and raised in Miami, FL.  I attended the University of South Florida for my Bachelor’s degree, American Intercontinental University for my Masters and Argosy University for my Specialist and Doctorate.

This past summer, my beautiful and loving bride, Anitra and I celebrated 17 years of marriage.  She is also an educator serving as the Advanced Academic Specialist at Glenn York Elementary.  She is often referred at her school as Mrs. Razzle Dazzle. We have been blessed with three children, Myles (age 14, 9th grade), Gavin (age 13, 8th grade) and Nadia (11, 6th grade).  They will be attending Shadow Creek High School and Nolan Ryan Junior High here in Alvin ISD.

In our spare time, we love traveling, cruising, swimming, playing board games and watching reality TV shows together.

I am excited to build relationships with you and your children and assist them in becoming great members of the Longhorn school community and beyond.  My first job is to teach and I believe in educating the whole child.

If I could be of any assistance to you during this 2021-2022 academic year, please do not hesitate to reach out.
