    Practice for the 2018 cross country season has started! We meet everyday at 6:30 am at MHS right outside of the Athletic Hall. If you have any questions please feel free to email Coach Meng at mmeng@alvinisd.net. 
     
    If you are planning on participating in cross country you will need to have a physical on file. Forms are on the AlvinISD website. You will also have to have all paperwork filled out on Arbiterathlete.com. Instructions for Arbiter are on the MHS Sports Medicine page.
