Ms. Baldwin received a Bachelors Degree in Math Education from Texas Lutheran University in 2009 and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University in 2014. She began her educational career as a math teacher at MHS in August 2009 and was selected as the Alvin ISD Secondary Teacher of the Year in 2016. She served in a variety of roles at MHS from team lead, department chair and instructional coach before taking an assistant principal position in Willis ISD in January 2017. Ms. Baldwin returned home to MHS as an assistant principal in July 2018. She oversees the math department, campus safety and co-sponsors student council with Mr. Foster. She will begin her 11th year in education and truly believes that all educators have an opportunity to successfully impact students on a daily basis.
