EMPLOYEE IDENTIFICATION BADGE INFORMATION

GENERAL INFOMATION
- Issued to new employees at New Hire Orientation in HR
- If you did not send a picture before your New Hire Orientation, we will send your badge to your campus
- Must be worn at all times on district property
- Employees with name, position, or campus/department changes will be issued a replacement badge
- Contact HR for more information

REPLACEMENT BADGES
- Replacement badges are created twice a week and sent to the campus principal or department supervisor through interoffice mail
- Please complete the Badge Replacement Request form
- Return your old or damaged badge to your principal or department
- For any questions or concerns, please contact the HR department.
