Dear Parents and Students,

It is difficult to find the words to describe how proud I am of these students. The difficulties of this year are too numerous to list. They pushed through it and performed like champions! Thank you for all your continued support throughout this school year. The students in SB1 represented their school, community, and band program with distinction and were rewrded with the highest scores from all judges and brought home the first Varsity Sweepstakes Award in 4 years! I would like to thank Mr. Wood and Mr. Kang for all their efforts in this success, as it was a true team effort! Also, Mr. Shively (RPJH Choir Director) was a big help as he volunteered his time and traveled with us to the contest and probably put out some fires that never made it to my attention! Congratulations to all!
