Welcome Sharks! My name is Denea Thomas, and this year I will be teaching English 1 to "FIN"tastic Freshmen! I am a proud graduate of the illustrious Prairie View A&M University where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. I also earned my Principal Certification from Lamar University. Before becoming a Shark, I taught 6th grade in Pasadena ISD, English 2 and 3 in Houston ISD, and English 3 in Fort Bend ISD. I have also severed as drill team director and cheer coach. This will be my twelfth year as an educator. I am looking forward to a great year! FINS UP CREEK!
