At Alvin High School, we use Charms Office Assistant to manage all student information..  

Because of this, it is EXTREMELY important that we have up-to-date contact information from

every student AND parent in the Alvin High School Band. 

 

1) Visit the Charms Office Assistant website at www.charmsoffice.com.

2) Follow the ENTER/LOGIN button at the top-right and click on PARENTS/STUDENTS/MEMBERS.

3) Enter the School Code "alvinhsband" in the space provided.

4) Enter you school ID number in the Student Area Password space.  

    staff so that we can reset your password. 

 

Now that you've successfully logged in to Charms, please check that your contact information is up-to-date.  

We need contact information for every student AND parent in the Alvin High School Band.
