As a service to students and families, NACAC is providing this online tool as a central resource for information about changes in college admission events, deposit dates, and more as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.
During this unprecedented time, we want you to know HARN will continue to serve students. Though, at this time, we cannot physically be present at your high school, we want to make sure students are given the same opportunity to learn from us. With this in mind, HARN has created a YouTube Channel specifically for students! These informative videos discuss the general college process to ensure students are receiving information about higher education. The content of these videos will provide students with information they need to make the best decision about their academic future!
We have also created University Online Resources, where many of the colleges and universities have listed the links to view their campus virtual and connect with a recruiter online.
HARN is hosting a Summer Search Series to prepare students for their academic future. Multiple universities, representing public, private, in-state and out-of-state institutions, are offering this series of virtual college planning sessions throughout the summer, free of charge, to any interested students and their families. Each month, we tackle a college planning theme with a topical presentation, followed by an interactive Q&A session with four college representatives. Join HARN on the following dates:
July 16 – Admissions 101
July 23 – Finding the Right Fit: Campus Visits & Culture
July 30 – Polishing your Application: Tips on Applications, Essays, & Resumes
August 6 – Financing Your Education: Scholarships and Financial Aid
